Highly Erodible Land Determinations

The filing of Form AD-1026 "Highly Erodible Land Conservation (HELC) and Wetland Conservation (WC) Certification" may prompt USDA to provide technical assistance to the program participant communicating whether the identified field is classified HEL. NRCS is responsible for making the determination.

How to Get a DUNS Number

If you are entering into a partnership agreement, a federal contract, or grant agreement with NRCS you will need a Federal Tax Identification Number — a unique nine-digit number assigned by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) —for the purposes of identification.

Iowa NRCS Bulletins: Fiscal Year 2023
