Russell and Jewel Bean of Eufaula, Alabama have been named the Alabama NRCS 2017 Small Farmers of the Year. The Beans were recognized at the 74th Annual Professional Agriculture Workers Conference at Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama on December 5, 2016.
