The Natural Resources Conservation Service West Wide Snow Survey Training took place the week of February 10. Snow surveyors for Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, Idaho, Utah and Wyoming spent a week in Stanley, Idaho learning how to accurately and safely conduct surveys.
