The Natural Resources Conservation Service, N.H. will host a hybrid (in-person with remote option) State Technical Committee Meeting August 20, 2025, from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. at U.S. Forest Service facility in Campton, N.H. 
An optional tour of a restoration site will follow (registration required).

Attendees should register by August 6, 2025, and note their planned attendance as in-person or virtual.

NOTICE: 

The U.S. Forest Service is offering a no-cost hiking tour of their restoration efforts along the Zealand River in the White Mountains National Forest. This tour will take place after the meeting and is a 45-minute commute from the meeting location.  The duration of this tour is anticipated to be from 12:00-3:00 pm. 

    Interested attendees MUST register by August 6, 2025, using this online form in order to arrange transportation from the designated parking area at (TBD) to the Zealand River restoration area. Due to limited parking at the trailhead area, failing to register by this deadline may result in transportation being unavailable.


The State Technical Committee serves in an advisory capacity to the NRCS and other agencies of the USDA on the implementation of the natural resources conservation provisions of Farm Bill legislation.

The State Technical Committee meets regularly to provide information, analysis and recommendations to USDA officials charged with implementing the conservation provisions under the Farm Bill.
