The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Texas Watershed Program staff regularly schedules quarterly conference calls throughout the year to keep watershed sponsors and others interested in Texas’s watershed program up to date on current and upcoming program activity.

From fires to thunderstorms to hurricanes, the Texas landscape is increasingly exposed to severe weather and its consequences. The NRCS Landscape and Planning staff will provide information on the Emergency Watershed Protection Program, for program requirements and sponsor information.

This quarterly meeting will be presented live as a Microsoft Teams meeting on May 23, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. CST.

If you cannot connect through MS Teams, the invitation will include an audio line for calling into the meeting. To receive an email notification about these meetings, send an email request to the Watershed Program Staff at RC.TX-NRCS-WSPGMS@usda.gov.
