Notice of Prescribed Burn in Klamath County, Oregon

USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in partnership with a private landowner will perform a prescribed burn on a site enrolled in the Wetlands Reserve Program in Klamath County, Oregon.

The exact date and time of the burn(s) will depend on weather conditions, but the burn(s) will take place sometime between: Feb. 24 - March 31, 2025

Easement Site
Burn Area: 700 acres
Location: Approximately 1/2 mile west of OR 62 and 5 miles west of Chiloquin, OR.
