
Flooding can be caused by a combination of weather events and basin conditions, such as rain on snow events that are common in the Umatilla and McKay Basins. These events, such as the one in February of 2020, may result in significant impacts to downstream communities, infrastructure, and agricultural land. The following information can greatly enhance awareness on current conditions and future flood risks.
