NRCS in North Carolina is preparing Watershed Plans - Environmental Document (Plan-ED) for the Back and Jacob Swamp Watershed Project, Bear Swamp Watershed Project, and Meadow Branch Channel Watershed Project, all located in Robeson County, North Carolina. offer the public an opportunity to comment on the plan via a public meeting and/or in written comments.

  • Location: Lumberton NC Cooperative Extension Robeson County Center, 455 Caton Rd, Lumberton, NC 28359 (a virtual option is available via MS Teams)
