Working Lands for Wildlife Frameworks for Conservation Action
To strengthen wildlife conservation on working lands, the USDA is updating three existing Working Lands for Wildlife (WLFW) frameworks in the Sagebrush Biome, Great Plains Grasslands, and Northern Bobwhite, Grasslands and Savannas, and to newly integrate FSA’s Conservation Reserve Program; and working with partners to develop four new frameworks across the country: Western Migratory Big Game, Eastern Deciduous Forest, Eastern Aquatic Connectivity, and Southeastern Pine Ecosystems.
