The South Carolina (SC) USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) will host the next State Technical Committee meeting on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 9:30a.m. at the SC Forestry Commission.

The South Carolina (SC) USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) will host the next State Technical Committee meeting on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 9:30a.m. at the SC Forestry Commission’s Conference Room, located at 5500 Broad River Rd, Columbia, SC 29212. Also, for personnel who can’t attend in person, please use Teams link below. 

Chaired by NRCS Acting State Conservationist Daniel Westcot in South Carolina, this committee provides recommendations on a number of issues concerning Farm Bill program delivery. Committee membership includes representatives from federal and state conservation agencies, agricultural producers, nonprofit organizations and agribusiness. The meetings are open to the public. 

*If there are agenda items you wish to propose, please do so in writing to SC NRCS Acting State Conservationist Daniel Westcot, with a detailed description of the subject you will present for discussion.
