The Pacific Islands Area (PIA) State Technical Advisory Committee meeting is on November 8, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. HST.

HONOLULU, HI, November 2, 2022 – The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) invites the public to call-in for the Pacific Islands Area (PIA) State Technical Advisory Committee meeting on November 8, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. HST. The meeting will be conducted via MS Teams video conferencing. The meeting link and a call-in telephone number are provided below.

Quarterly State Technical Committee Meetings are held to discuss natural resources conservation in the PIA and provide recommendations to NRCS on implementing Farm Bill programs.

November's meeting agenda topics include the Inflation Reduction Act, Programs FY 22 outcomes and FY 23 plans, partner shares, and a report from the Urban and Small Farm Agriculture subcommittee.
