Introduction:
The following organizations perform manual snow surveys at one or more of the 95 snow courses in Colorado. They provide the data collected each month to the NRCS Colorado Snow Survey Program for inclusion in the monthly snowpack reports for the state. These data are vital for assuring the accuracy of NRCS's seasonal streamflow forecasts and ensuring that natural resource managers have the information they need to make sound decisions.
