NRCS, N.H. Announces RCPP Second Signup Under N.H. Source Water Protection Partnership

NRCS in N.H has announced a second RCPP signup period for Land Management and Entity Held Easement Applications in New Hampshire under the Source Water Protection Partnership for Fiscal Year 2024. 

DOVER, N.H. (January 23, 2024) – Today the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (USDA, NRCS) in New Hampshire has announced the dates for a second signup period for land management and entity held easement applications under the New Hampshire Source Water Protection Partnership, Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP) project 2361.

New Hampshire producers, or eligible entities, in the case of entity held easement applications, must submit their applications by February 23, 2024, to be considered for funding under this project.

While applications are accepted year-round, only applications submitted by February 23 will be considered for this funding round. Applications received after February 23 will be considered during the next funding cycle.

Applications eligible for this signup will be accepted on a continuous basis through the application cutoff of February 23, 2024.

How to Apply

Eligible producers must address at least one natural resource concern identified by NRCS and its partners for this project. To be eligible for application, producers must confirm control of land, and conformance with highly erodible land and wetland provisions.
