State Technical Committees serve in an advisory capacity to the Natural Resources Conservation Service and other USDA agencies on the implementation of the natural resources conservation provisions of Farm Bill legislation.

The next meeting of the State Technical Advisory Committee is scheduled for Tuesday, November 18, 2025, in Casper, Wyoming at the Dick Cheney Federal Building, 100 East B St., Casper, WY 82601. The meeting will run from 9am - 1pm with a virtual option as well. Light snacks will be served for those who attend in person.
