This event is dedicated to fostering a stronger agricultural community on Block Island and aims to provide valuable resources and support to local farmers, forest landowners, and community gardeners. This is a drop-in event so stop by anytime from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
You will have the opportunity to learn about the various programs and initiatives that our organizations offer to support local agriculture and forestry. Our experts will be on hand to provide information about funding opportunities and to guide you through the application process.
Moreover, we are eager to hear directly from you about the unique challenges and concerns you face as farmers on Block Island. Your insights and experiences are invaluable to us, and by sharing them, you contribute to the development of more effective and targeted support for our farming community. Your input will play a crucial role in shaping the future of agriculture on Block Island.
