The potential purposes of the watershed plan were to provide flood damage reduction, watershed protection, and/or public recreation. Planning was initiated in 2020, multiple public meetings were held, hydrologic modeling completed, and initial alternatives analysis done. No feasible alternatives were identified that were locally acceptable, therefore planning has ceased. A final summary report is in progress and will be posted on this website in 2023.
