The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) will host a State Technical Committee meeting from 8:30 a.m. – noon on June 13 at the Lincoln University Carver Farm, 3804 Bald Hill Road, at Jefferson City. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. The meeting will allow Missouri citizens and representatives of organizations and agencies the opportunity to provide input about the delivery of NRCS programs within the state.
Topics will include updates on current Farm Bill programs and opportunities in fiscal year 2019. There will be presentations by NRCS, USDA Farm Service Agency, Missouri Department of Natural Resources’ Soil and Water Conservation Program, and the Missouri Department of Conservation.
