Environmental Compliance

The National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requires federal agencies to evaluate the potential effects of their activities and programs on the quality of the human environment. Natural Resource Inventory

Plant Materials Program

Plant Material Centers provide application-oriented technology including technical publications, fact sheets, conservation plant releases of conservation plants, conservation plant identification, tools for conducting plant materials work and land restoration, glossary of plant materials terms, related websites, an other plant information.
Plant Materials Center (Big Flats New York) - Find information on conservation plants and plant technology for your area.  The Big Flats Plant Materials Center (NYPMC) selects plants and provides vegetative conservation solutions for the Northeast region. The Center provides service to Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, and Vermont.
