Farm Bill

The 2014 Farm Bill was enacted on February 7, 2014. NRCS offers voluntary Farm Bill conservation programs that benefit both agricultural producers and the environment.

The enactment of the 2014 Farm Bill does not impact existing program contracts. NRCS will continue to honor existing program contracts and the terms of the contract remain in effect.

New sign-up information will be announced as it becomes available. Visit current funding opportunities for more information on the current application periods.
