10/19/2017 State Technical Committee meeting announced

USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) will hold a meeting of the State Technical Committee, Wednesday, November 1, 2017, 10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the NJ NRCS State Office, 220 Davidson Ave., Somerset, NJ. Agenda items include 2017 Program review, easement programs, outreach plan, local work group results, and conservation planner certification.

6/15/2017 State Technical Committee tour and meeting announced

USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) will hold the meeting of the State Technical Committee on Thursday, June 15, 2017. at the Cedar Pavilion, Deer Path Park, Hunterdon County following a tour of two Hunterdon County agricultural operations. The meeting agenda includes status reports on Farm Bill programs, outreach to equine operations, and conservation practice standards. USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) will hold the summer tour and meeting of the State Technical Committee, Thurs. 6/16/16, 10 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Committee will convene at the Woodstown USDA Service Center for a brief business meeting after touring two farms in Cumberland and Salem Counties. Due to the snow storm, the State Technical Committee Meeting scheduled for January 22 has been canceled. The Committee will meet again for the regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, March 5, 2014.
