Posted on Aug. 16, 2016, this message from NRCS Chief Jason Weller reminds America's farmers and ranchers of the benefits of USDA's Conservation Effects Assessment Project (CEAP) survey and encourages participation when contacted by USDA's National Agricultural Statistics Service.
Natural Resources Conservation Services (NRCS) uses science-based technology to provide conservation planning and assistance to land owners and operators and others to benefit the soil, water, air, plants, and animal for productive lands and healthy ecosystems.
The technical resources and references we provide and use, as well as the disciplines on which we rely, show how NRCS experts work together to help conserve our nation's natural resources. Technical guides are the primary scientific references for NRCS. They contain technical information about the conservation of soil, water, air, and related plant and animal resources.
