Illinois Civil Rights Committee

The Illinois Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Civil Rights Committee is responsible for consulting with the management of the Illinois NRCS to provide guidance and solutions to accomplish the Federal Civil Rights Program and enhance workforce diversity. The committee anticipates that their assistance will lead to an employment and program delivery environment free of discrimination. The committee also provides leadership in planning relevant activities that take place in Illinois, involving the NRCS and the Illinois Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) employees.
