USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and the Appanoose, Clarke, Decatur, Lucas, Monroe, and Wayne Soil and Water Conservation Districts (SWCD) are hosting a meeting that will highlight the most effective conservation practices to achieve carbon sequestration and discusses carbon credit marketing on Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2021, at 8:30 a.m. The meeting will be held at Lucas County Conservation Board, Pin Oak Lodge.
