Due to Governor Greg Abbott’s March 13, 2020 proclamation of a state of disaster affecting all counties in Texas due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the Governor’s March 16, 2020 suspension of certain provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, this meeting will be held by video conference call and telephone conference call, as authorized under Texas Government Code sections 551.127 and 551.125, respectively.
Members of the public will have access and a means to participate in this meeting, by two-way communication, by visiting or by teleconference (phone only) by calling 346-248-7799 or toll free 877-853-5247. Callers joining only by teleconference and not videoconference will need to enter the webinar ID 885 3305 3671 followed by # and enter passcode 926237 followed by #.
