Get help - Conservation Client Gateway

There are several options to request help with Conservation Client Gateway:

  • You may use the Client Gateway Technical Support Portal to submit your own requests for support and ask questions online. You will need to log into the portal, using your USDA eAuth account login and password. You may also monitor any unresolved help tickets that you have previously submitted and track their status. The portal will also provide options to search Frequently Asked Questions and use the live chat option Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. EST.
  • You may request help or report a problem by sending an email to the Client Gateway Help Desk
  • You may call the Help Desk at 970-372-4200 to request help or report a problem 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
