The course is a collaboration between the Association of Texas Soil and Water Conservation Districts, The Texas Natural Resources Conservation Service, and The Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board.

  • Field tour with soil pits
  • Conservation demonstrations

An educational experience that can change the way you operate...

Whether you drive a tractor, ride a horse, or a hunting UTV your success depends on the ability of your soil to produce the commodity or experience that you desire. Join us in learning about soil management strategies from farmers and researchers from across the country on methods to improve the health of your soil at the first annual Texas soil health short course.  This will be an educational experience that will give you new insight about your own operation.

Sponsorships Available

The following three levels of sponsorship are available.

  • Bronze Level - Any amount up to $149.00. For this level the sponsor will be recognized on the program and during the meeting as a sponsor.
  • Silver level - $150.00 to $499.00. For this level of sponsorship the sponsor will be recognized as above, plus given on free registration to attend the short course.
  • Gold Level - $500.00 and above. This level of sponsorship will provide the sponsor with recognition as above, small area in conference room for pop-up banner or Promotional stand, plus two free registrations to attend the short course.

Sponsorship forms and checks should be made out to the ATSWCD with soil health sponsorship in the memo line of check or made by credit card by Calling Stacey Wilson at 940-574-4612 x 101.
