FIELD TRIP

On Wednesday, July 13, join a field trip looking at soil-geomorphic relationships on ice-walled lake plains and relict periglacial features, soil variability, hydric soils, septic loading rates, and dynamic soil properties and bison at Nachusa Grasslands ending with a tour of a local whiskey distillery and discussions of local agriculture.

  • Deadline is June 24, 2016
  • Tuesday meeting – no fee
  • Tuesday banquet – $25
  • Wednesday field trip (box lunch, refreshments, snacks, bbq dinner) – $35
  • Thursday – no fee
  • Friday – no fee
  • Fees are payable at onsite registration by check or cash. Only pay for what you will be attending.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Poster presentations are encouraged, especially from graduate students. We will have a poster discussion session on Thursday, July 14.

Maximum poster size is 40 inches tall by 60 inches wide. Posters will be clipped to foam boards at the conference. Bring your normal rolled up poster.
