Current Conservation Implementation Strategies (Fiscal Year 2021)

The following Conservation Implementation Strategies are currently under review for FY21. All information is subject to change.

NRCS Oregon uses a Strategic Approach to Conservation to administer Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) dollars. By using a strategic approach, NRCS works with local communities, partners and landowners to determine county-level resource concerns and priorities, and focuses its EQIP investments in those areas. These priorities are addressed in a local Conservation Implementation Strategy, or CIS. Below is a list of all active CIS for the current fiscal year, sorted by basin in alphabetical order by county.

Note: Some CIS's include multiple counties.
This list does not include projects funded through the Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP) and the Joint Chiefs Landscape Restoration Initiative. View those projects on the RCPP and Joint Chiefs webpages.
