The New Hampshire Envirothon

The date for the 2020 NH Envirothon has been announced!

The 2020 NH Envirothon scheduled for Tuesday, May 19th

The Envirothon is an annual environmentally themed academic competition for high school aged students

Envirothon teams representing schools and community organizations prepare through the year for a statewide event in May that tests their knowledge on aquatics, forestry, soils, wildlife, and current environmental issues. The program stresses the interdependence of human and natural systems and emphasizes hands-on, team-oriented problem solving and community involvement. The New Hampshire Envirothon offers opportunities throughout the school year, including resource materials for use in the classroom, workshops geared to both teachers and students, and opportunities to encounter environmental professionals in action. The winning team is entitled to compete in the North American Envirothon.

Congratulations to the ConVal Regional High School team for winning the 2019 Envirothon!
