You can get technical support for TechReg several ways:

NEW: Contact TechReg Tech Support by visiting our NRCS Support Self-Service Portal. Services provide:

  • Chat
  • View your issues status

(NOTE: an eAuth user ID and Password is required to access this portal).

Call our Hotline at 970.372.4200 – Office hours 8:00 AM EST – 8:00 PM EST – Mon-Fri. Answering service provided outside office hours including weekends.

eAuth Support:

For problems with your USDA eAuthentication account contact the eAuth Help Desk by email (eAuthHelpDesk@ftc.usda.gov) or contact them by telephone at 1-800-457-3642.

AgLearn Support:

For problems with accessing or registering for an AgLearn Account, contact the AgLearn Help Desk by email (AgLearnHelp@genphysics.com) or by telephone at 1-866-633-9394.
