Virtual Public/Agency Scoping Meeting Upper West Fork Cypress Bayou No. 1, 2, & 3 Part 1: Supplemental Watershed Plan and Environmental Document

The Town of Plain Dealing in conjunction with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is conducting a virtual public/agency scoping meeting for the proposed supplemental watershed plan/environmental document for Upper West Fork Cypress Bayou Dams No. 1, 2, & 3.

The purpose of the meeting is to provide information to the public and agencies and to obtain input on the proposed project. An agenda, a presentation, and other project information will be available to access. The meeting is being held exclusively online. No live presentation will be conducted. Meeting materials can be accessed 24-hours a day during the meeting period of:

Comments will be invited from all interested parties to help ensure that the study team addressed the full range of environmental issues during the watershed plan and environmental document process. These statements to be included in the meeting transcript should be submitted or postmarked by March 21, 2022.
