Mission: To serve as an advisory committee to the State Conservationist regarding policies, practices and procedures as they affect civil rights throughout the state of Arkansas.

Vision: To promote equity for people and programs in the natural state.

Special Emphasis Program Managers

Black Emphasis Program

The Black Emphasis Program manager represents Arkansas at state, regional and national meetings focusing on African American issues.
