High Tunnel System Conservation Practice

A High Tunnel System is one of the most commonly-requested conservation practices in Alaska. The outreach materials on this webpage are designed to help growers understand how a high tunnel may fit into their overall conservation plan under the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP), and consider the technical requirements for installing and operating a high tunnel.

If you're a new customer with NRCS, be sure to check out our Welcome Packet for New Customers for more information about EQIP eligibility and how to apply.
