The Eastern Panhandle Conservation District (EPCD), serving Berkeley, Morgan, and Jefferson Counties, will host a Local Work Group (LWG) meeting on May 20, 2026 at 5:30pm.
The Eastern Panhandle Conservation District (EPCD) will hold its upcoming Local Work Group (LWG) Meeting on Wednesday May 20th at 5:30pm. The meeting will take place at the Martinsburg USDA Service Center, located at:

The LWG meeting provides a collaborative forum for local landowners, partner organizations, and stakeholders to identify natural resource concerns and help guide USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) conservation priorities within the district. Input gathered during the meeting will help shape program direction and ensure conservation efforts reflect the needs of the Eastern Panhandle Conservation District region.
