1. Is the application is for work on Forest, Pasture, Farmstead or Associated Ag Lands?2. Application includes practices that will increase floodplain or tidal wetland connectivity to improve aquatic fish habitat.
3. The conservation plan has been developed or funded by more than one entity/partner, or it is part of a larger project that addresses floodplain connectivity, water quality, or access to critical habitat for ESA-listed species.
4. Engineering designs for planned practices have already been completed or will be completed by a Technical Service Provider, private engineer, or project partner.
5. Application includes a protected riparian forest buffer that meets criteria for for NRCS Practice 391 (Riparian Forest Buffer) and will provide stream shading to directly improve elevated water temperatures.

4. The applicant has a Gorse Management Plan.
5. The applicant will address other invasive species including Scotch Broom, Himalayan Blackberry, and/or other noxious weeds.
6. The applicants property is within in the in the core infested areas (as defined by the Gorse Action Group).
