Wisconsin State Technical Committee Meeting, July 2026
The Natural Resources Conservation Service in Wisconsin will host a State Technical Committee Meeting on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at the UW–Madison Extension Dane County office in Madison, Wisconsin.
Registration
Individuals or groups interested in joining the Wisconsin State Technical Committee may submit correspondence to Nathan Fikkert, NRCS Wisconsin State Conservationist, that explains their interest and outlines their credentials, which they believe are relevant to becoming a member of the State Technical Committee. Decisions of the NRCS State Conservationist concerning membership on the committee are final and are not subject to appeal.
State Technical Committees have no implementation or enforcement authority; however, USDA gives strong consideration to the Committee's recommendations. Each State Technical Committee recommends criteria and guidelines for agricultural producers regarding new conservation practices and systems not already described in field office technical guides.
Members of the public are welcome to observe and, when appropriate, provide input in accordance with the meeting agenda and facilitation guidance.
The FPAC Mission Areas is committed to ensuring all have equal access and
