The Natural Resources Conservation Service in New Hampshire will host a hybrid (In-person with Video Conference option) State Technical Committee Meeting February 21, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Attendees should register by February 15, 2024, and note their planned attendance as in-person or virtual.

In-person attendees can email jeremy.fowler@usda.gov to register for attendance.

Registration can be completed by emailing the contact below. You will be provided a link to the virtual meeting or details about arriving for the in-person meeting.

This first meeting of the calendar year is meant to update our committee on the locally-led conservation process ahead of districts convening Local Working Groups (LWGs). The committee will also discuss projections and priorities for the current fiscal year. This meeting is open to the public.

The State Technical Committee serves in an advisory capacity to the NRCS and other agencies of the USDA on the implementation of the natural resources conservation provisions of Farm Bill legislation.

The State Technical Committee meets regularly to provide information, analysis and recommendations to USDA officials charged with implementing the conservation provisions under the Farm Bill.
