Madison County Montana Local Working Group Meeting

Event Date
June 6, 2023
1:00 p.m.
Fire Hall, 28 Judy Ln, Sheridan, MT
Road through rangeland with snowy mountains beyond in Madison County, Montana

The Ruby Valley Conservation District is hosting meetings to gather input from local stakeholders to help prioritize natural resource concerns and guide NRCS funding opportunities.

Registration not required.

The Ruby Valley Conservation District (RVCD) and the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) are asking for your input, feedback and advice on how different programs are serving conservation needs. What is it that you see and experience out there on your working and natural landscape?

This meeting is a great opportunity for landowners to voice their opinions on local natural resource priorities for USDA conservation activities and programs. NRCS & RVCD use your input and recommendations to identify conservation planning needs and to prioritize resources concerns for the state’s programs. This opportunity will help develop possible future funding strategies to meet those needs and priorities.

  • Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the Alder Fire Hall located at 28 Judy Ln in Sheridan, MT
