Brody Fox, Soil Conservationist in Roswell, New Mexico, Team 10, Selected as the NRCS New Mexico Employee of the Month for August 2024

Congratulations to Brody Fox, Soil Conservationist in Roswell, New Mexico
Team 10.

As a new employee with only 4 months of experience, Brody demonstrated
exceptional professionalism and initiative. He assisted in the emergency
watershed protection efforts due to fire and flooding in the Ruidoso Area. He
worked independently and took the lead on Team checkouts. He helped build
Conservation Desktop maps for FY 2024 obligations and he represented NRCS
at two outreach events in Chaves County. In addition, Brody helped train two
new employees that joined Team 10 in June.

As a result of his efforts Brody's contributions aided Team 10 in meeting their
workload, program obligation, and outreach goals. In addition, sediment
catchments were surveyed for EWP in Ruidoso.
