The NRCS in New Hampshire would like to hear your input on program delivery for the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP) for Fiscal Year 2025 (FY2025). Consider becoming part of the Easement Subcommittee in the Granite State.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in New Hampshire is reaching out to request your input for Fiscal Year 2025's (FY2025) Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP) delivery. The ACEP is comprised of the Agricultural Land Easement (ACEP-ALE) and Wetland Reserve Easement (ACEP-WRE) sub programs.

The spring 2024 State Technical Committee (STC) meeting was held May 15, 2024, (link pending) where we announced the opportunity to include your input into state ranking criteria and program guidance.  This solicitation is to participate in the 'Subcommittee for Easements' which will provide input and guidance to the STC regarding future delivery of ACEP in the Granite State.

Draft documents available for review include:

  • The ACEP-WRE ranking criteria
  • The ACEP-ALE ranking criteria,
  • The N.H. Wetland Reserve Criteria and Guidance (WRCG) for ACEP-WRE.

Please provide your input at your earliest convenience and not later than Friday June 14, 2024, to allow time for NRCS review, follow‐up and incorporation into an upcoming subcommittee meeting.

Please provide your input by competing the N.H. NRCS – ACEP FY2025 Updates Microsoft Form.

We thank you for your support of ACEP in New Hampshire and we look forward to receiving your feedback soon.
