Secretary Vilsack Announces New Promise Zone Designation for Puerto Rico

USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack announced several measures to strengthen rural opportunity in Puerto Rico during his first visit to the island from May 31 - June 2, including selection of the Roosevelt Roads area as a federal Promise Zone.
