U.S. Forest Service officials from the Kisatchie National Forest along with representatives from the U.S Mint will host a ceremony to launch the new Kisatchie National Forest Quarter on April 22, 2015 at 10 am at the Alexandria Riverfront Center in downtown Alexandria.
There will be a grazingland field day on Friday, April 10, 2015 from 10 am - 2:30 pm at Jay Duhon Farm, southwest of Sulphur, Louisiana.
