NRCS's Booneville Plant Materials Center, Agricultural Research Service and The Xerces Society for Invertebrate Conservation are co-sponsoring a Planning Pollinator Habitat on Working Farms Workshop from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 9.
Farmers and landowners in Benton and Washington counties in Arkansas have until Aug. 15, 2014, to submit applications to receive cost-share assistance to implement conservation practices through the Illinois River Sub-Basin and Eucha-Spavinaw Lake Watershed Initiative.
