NRCS Chief Jason Weller announced USDA is offering a renewal option through March 31, 2015, for eligible agricultural producers and forest landowners with expiring Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP) contracts. USDA also extended the general sign-up deadline to March 13, 2015.
Farmers and landowners in Benton and Washington counties in Arkansas have until March 20, 2015, to submit applications to receive financial assistance to implement conservation practices through the Illinois River Sub-Basin and Eucha-Spavinaw Lake Watershed Initiative.
