Jose Castro, Assistant State Conservationist for Programs
The Regional Conservation Partnership Program brings NRCS together with partners and farmers to make conservation improvements on the land. For FY 2016, USDA will invest up to $235 million nationwide to improve water quality, combat drought, enhance soil health, support wildlife habitat and protect agricultural viability.
Pre-proposals are due by July 8, 2015. We strongly encourage proposals to be submitted online via grants.gov.
