At the heart of the USDA StrikeForce initiative is finding answers to challenges facing rural America. Lack of affordable and adequate housing, high energy bills as a result of inefficient and outdated construction techniques, and depressed home values due to nearby blighted properties are just some of those challenges. As local leaders and stakeholders we ask that you attend this meeting and bring others to find out what USDA resources are available to assist your community.
Proposed Agenda items (subject to change):
Energy efficient residential construction techniques
Community focused efforts to tackle blighted properties
