Special Emphasis Programs

The Special Emphasis Programs are an integral part of the overall equal opportunity program in NRCS. These programs are coordinated through the state Special Emphasis Program Managers (SEPMs), who are active members of the State Civil Rights Advisory Committee. and serve as liaisons between employees and managers on legislation, policies, employment, and program issues related to Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity.

The Special Emphasis Programs address the unique concerns of these groups in achieving diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity. Click the following links to visit the national web pages for each Special Emphasis Program.
