The Executive Order 12250 Report is used to record information and reporting requirements for USDA agencies that administer federally assisted programs in accordance with Executive Order (E.O.) 12250, Leadership and Coordination of Non-discrimination Laws.  E.O. 12250 authorizes the U.S. Attorney General to coordinate the efforts of all Federal agencies related to the nondiscrimination provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendment of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and other grant-related nondiscrimination statutes.
