In June 2016; three training sessions were held in Wisconsin to provide training and guidance on TSP policies and procedures and conservation planning requirements. The following materials were presented during the training sessions:
Beginning October 1, 2016; the NRCS-CPA-52 (Section A through P) shall be required to be completed, signed, and submitted by the TSP for any Conservation Plan or Conservation Activity Plan (CAP) developed by the TSP.
TSP Performance Reporting
TSP’s are responsible for reporting the technical services they perform. In order to document TSP accomplishments, TSPs must provide the following information within 30 days of completion of work:
Location of Work (State, county, Land Tract Identifier)
Practice Name, Amount, and Units
Service type (i.e. Planning, Design, Installation, Checkout
The reporting form will indicate that the technical services provided by the TSP:
Comply with all applicable Federal, State, Tribal, and local laws and requirements.
Meet applicable NRCS conservation practice standards, specifications, and program requirements.
Are consistent with and meet the particular conservation program goals and objectives
Incorporate, where appropriate, low-cost alternatives that address the resource concern.
Within 30 days of completion of work, submit the completed worksheet by email to: WI.NRCS.Technical@wi.usda.gov
