This area of the NRCS New Jersey Human Resources Web site provides important information related to employment policies and standards of conduct that you will need to follow as an NRCS employee. During your first month, you must review these materials and become familiar with them.

NRCS General Manual 110 – 405, Subpart C prescribes the required Ethics training for new employees and the supervisors responsibilities to complete this requirement. As a new employee, you are required to review and understand regulations and policies, and complete training modules, related to Employee Ethics.
General Manual 110-405 requires:

Except that, employees transferring from other Federal agencies (Executive Branch) have the option to take Participation in Outside Organizations and two additional modules of their choice.
