NEPA for Fiscal Year (FY) 2014 Voluntary Public Access and Habitat Incentive Program (VPA-HIP) Grant Awards

The VPA-HIP is a competitive grants program that helps state governments and Indian tribes increase public access to private lands for wildlife-dependent recreation, such as hunting, fishing or hiking. VPA-HIP was authorized under section 1240R of the Food Security Act of 1985, as amended (16 U.S.C. 3839bb-5). VPA-HIP grants are being awarded through announcements for program funding. For more information about the program visit the NRCS VPA-HIP Web page. For copies of the NRCS Notices, Supplemental EAs, and the previous FSA Programmatic EA for each of the NRCS 2014 VPA-HIP grant awards visit the NRCS 2014 VPA-HIP NEPA Documents and Notices page.
